All prices are starting points in EUR and depend on scope. I work remotely from Spain with clients across Europe, including Ireland, and Spanish working hours overlap almost entirely with Irish ones, so real-time collaboration is not a compromise. Not in practice. Spain is only one hour ahead of Ireland, so we overlap almost the entire working day for calls, reviews, and quick questions. Everything is delivered remotely through Git, staging environments, and video calls, the same way most modern web development is handled regardless of location.
Dublin agency rates are shaped by a market competing with Stripe, Google, and Meta for the same senior talent. I run a small studio and do the engineering myself, so you are paying for the work, not agency overhead, account management layers, or junior staff learning on your project.
